- Open Settings → Plan and billing.
- Choose the plan you want. Free, Pro, Business+ and Enterprise+ all change through Shopify billing.
- Moving up takes effect immediately; moving down applies at the end of the current 30-day period.
- To cancel, choose Cancel subscription. Charges stop with the current period.
- Uninstalling the app from Shopify also ends access and billing.
Worth knowing
Refresh billing on the same screen re-syncs the numbers with Shopify if they look stale.
