Terms of Service

Effective date: 31 July 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Store Huddle, operated by Slurvo FZ-LLC. By installing, accessing, or using Store Huddle, the merchant and its authorized users agree to these Terms.

The Service

Store Huddle provides Shopify-embedded team communication, categories, channels, direct messages, tasks, notifications, file sharing, role-based access, and links to selected Shopify orders, draft orders, products, and customers.

Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized by the relevant Shopify merchant to install or use Store Huddle. If you use Store Huddle on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You represent that you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in a country or region subject to a comprehensive U.S., EU, or UN trade embargo, and that you are not identified on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to comply with sanctions or export-control law.

Merchant Responsibilities

The merchant is responsible for its Store Huddle workspace, authorized users, invitation recipients, assigned roles, channel permissions, uploaded content, and activity performed through its workspace.

The merchant must ensure that it has the necessary rights, permissions, notices, and lawful bases to provide personal information and other content to Store Huddle.

User Access

Users must access Store Huddle through an authorized Shopify account or valid invitation. Users must not share access credentials, impersonate another person, bypass workspace permissions, or attempt to access another merchant’s information.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Store Huddle unlawfully; upload malicious code; distribute spam; harass or threaten others; infringe privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual-property rights; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with service operation; conduct security testing without permission; or upload illegal, deceptive, or harmful material.

Merchant Content

Merchants retain ownership of messages, files, tasks, and other content submitted to Store Huddle. The merchant grants Slurvo FZ-LLC a limited right to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and display that content solely as required to operate, support, secure, and improve Store Huddle.

Confidentiality

Store Huddle will use reasonable measures to protect non-public merchant content and will only access or disclose it as necessary to provide support, maintain security, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or follow the merchant’s authorized instructions.

Shopify and Third-Party Services

Store Huddle depends on Shopify and third-party infrastructure providers. Shopify is not responsible for Store Huddle. Interruptions, policy changes, API changes, or service limitations affecting a third-party provider may affect Store Huddle functionality.

Fees and Billing

Store Huddle is a paid application. Current plans, pricing, and any free-trial terms are published on our pricing page and form part of these Terms.

Charges are billed per seat, in USD, on a rolling 30-day cycle through Shopify's Billing API, and appear on the merchant's normal Shopify invoice. A seat is one member of the merchant's workspace, and seats added part-way through a cycle are prorated for the days remaining. A Free plan of up to 5 seats is available and is not charged. Where a plan includes a free trial, billing begins only after the trial ends, and a merchant may uninstall before the trial ends to avoid any charge.

Merchants may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a plan at any time from within Store Huddle. Changes are applied through Shopify's billing system and are not retroactive; cancelling or uninstalling stops future charges as of the end of the then-current 30-day billing period.

We may change our plans or fees from time to time. Where required by applicable law or Shopify's Billing API, we will provide reasonable advance notice before a fee change applies to an existing merchant. Continued use of Store Huddle after a fee change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised fee.

Availability and Updates

We may maintain, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Store Huddle. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes, planned maintenance, or discontinuation where practical.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, infrastructure failures, security incidents, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

Store Huddle’s software, branding, interface, documentation, designs, and related intellectual property belong to Slurvo FZ-LLC or its licensors. These Terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use Store Huddle for authorized business purposes.

Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback, you permit us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided that we do not publicly identify you without permission.

Suspension and Termination

Merchants may stop using Store Huddle by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of illegal activity, security risks, abuse, nonpayment, material breach of these Terms, or actions that threaten Store Huddle, Shopify, merchants, or other users.

Following termination, access to the workspace may end immediately. Data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable Shopify privacy requirements.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Store Huddle is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Store Huddle is a collaboration tool and does not provide legal, accounting, financial, employment, or professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slurvo FZ-LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities, or data.

Slurvo FZ-LLC’s aggregate liability arising from Store Huddle will not exceed the amount paid by the merchant for Store Huddle during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or USD 100 if no fees were paid.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, the merchant agrees to indemnify and hold Slurvo FZ-LLC harmless from third-party claims arising from the merchant’s content, unlawful use of Store Huddle, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law, the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

No Waiver; Severability

Our failure to enforce a right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will display a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through Store Huddle or by email.
