Most tools integrate with Shopify from the outside. Store Huddle is embedded in Shopify admin and speaks to your store natively. That is the entire product philosophy.
Store Huddle opens inside Shopify admin, authenticated by your Shopify session. No separate login, no second tab, no app your team forgets to open.
Orders, draft orders, products, and customers attach to messages as live cards: real totals, payment state, fulfilment state, and stock.
Low-stock products and high-risk orders are detected from your store data the day they happen and surface in Store pulse and Activity.
Per-seat charges land on your regular Shopify invoice. No card on file with us, and cancelling is two clicks in settings.
Data access follows Shopify’s app requirements, including mandatory customer-data and shop-redaction webhooks on uninstall. Details in our privacy policy.
Transactional invitations and notification emails keep the team reachable outside admin, mentions-only if you prefer quiet.
We do not currently connect to helpdesks, 3PLs, or external chat tools, and we would rather say that plainly than publish a logo wall. If a specific integration would unblock your team, tell us which one; the roadmap is built from these requests.
