Invite your team, with roles

Invite by email and pick a role as you go: Admin, Manager, Staff, Fulfillment, Virtual Assistant, Developer: six built-in, plus custom roles you define. Pending invites and removed access stay visible for audit.

Work with real store context

Low-stock and high-risk order alerts arrive on their own. Anyone can attach an order or product to a message, turn it into an assigned task with a deadline, and update the status right in the thread.

What a task looks like, start to finish

It comes up

A low-stock alert lands in Activity, or someone shares order #1024 into #daily-ops with a question. The context is attached, so nobody goes looking for it.

It becomes a task

Two clicks: assignee, due date and time, priority. The task card sits in the conversation and in the assignee’s My tasks list, and they get notified.

It gets done

Status changes right on the card: To do, In progress, Done. Filters by status, priority, and room mean nothing open ever hides.

Install and say hello

The workspace opens with starter rooms. Post in #general, pin the things everyone should know.

Day 1–2

Invite the core team

Manager and staff roles first. Everyone lands in the public rooms automatically; add private rooms where needed.

Day 2–3

Shape the rooms to your store

Most teams settle on #daily-ops, #fulfillment, #announcements, and a private staff room. Categories keep the sidebar tidy.

Within the week

The first alert does its job
