- Pick a level: everything, or Mentions only for just the messages that name you.
- Assignments and mentions always land in your in-app activity feed regardless.
- Change it any time; it applies immediately.

Mentions-only is the popular choice: quiet inbox, but reachable when someone actually needs you.
