One seat is one person in your Store Huddle workspace. You are billed for the seats you have, and seats are prorated when you add them mid-cycle, so someone joining on day 20 is only charged for the days remaining in that period.
Yes. Up to 5 seats, 500 MiB of workspace storage, and 30 days of message and file history, with no trial and no card. If your team outgrows any of those, you can move to a paid plan from settings.

No. Team members are invited by email into your Store Huddle workspace with a role: Manager, Staff, Fulfillment, Virtual Assistant, Developer, or a custom role you define on Business+. Access is controlled inside Store Huddle.
Pro gives you unlimited history, Shopify resource attachments, private rooms and the six built-in roles. Business+ adds custom roles and permissions, private categories, and priority support. Most stores start on Pro and move up when access rules get stricter.
Enterprise+ is a flat $500 every 30 days with 100 seats included, then $5 per additional seat. If you are running more than roughly 50 paid seats on Business+, the flat rate usually works out cheaper, and it removes the Store Huddle seat limit entirely.
Cancelling stops future charges at the end of the current 30-day period. Uninstalling from Shopify disables the app's access immediately, and data is handled as described in our privacy policy. Deletion requests are processed through Shopify's mandatory redaction webhooks.
